Sometimes you just need a good cry!

Sometimes, the only thing you can do is to have a good cry, even if you have tried to hold it all together. But, most of us are taught that crying is a sign of weakness, and we, therefore, keep in our emotions and feelings, avoiding tears at any cost. Today, as we end another month, allow yourself to feel all your feelings. Accept that this life is all about releasing and letting go, which can be painful yet necessary. Furthermore, our tears can come from stress or from sorrow. But they genuinely lessen the pain and help to make you look to tomorrow. Whether your tears come from pain or frustration, they alert you to the need to stop and regain your balance. But know that you will get up again. You always have, and you always will. Today, accept that it is okay to cry. It is OK to share your tears with others. And it’s OK to do whatever you need to do for you. Today accept that some days life is just hard. And some days are just rough. And some days, you gotta cry before you move forward. And all of that is okay.

Just for today, I listen to my feelings and I am gentle with myself. I know that all my feelings are my friends. I am safe when I feel and express my feelings. I can remain serene in all situations. I focus my attention on loving myself and trusting in the Universe. All is truly well in my world and everything is always working out for my highest good. And so it is.
